Museum Store: New Maruca handbags!

The Museum Store just got a brand new shipment of these wonderful bags! Stop in and get one before they are all gone!

Maruca Design is a small design house nestled in the foothills of Boulder, Colorado. We're a collaborative, eclectic group (with a couple of odd ones, but nevertheless effective) sharing one common thread: our love for unusual and progressive fabrics. Twice a year our designer (one of the odd ones mentioned above) creates a new fabric line which is then cleverly handcrafted into Maruca handbags.

As much as we'd like to, we can't take all the credit... Our close working relationship with U.S. textile mills ensures the state-of-the-art sophistication of our jacquard woven fabrics. We pride ourselves on the craftmanship of cutting and sewing each bag by hand. (Our beloved Boulder seamstresses – what would we do without them!)

Since making our very first handbag in 1991, we've been totally committed to being 100% U.S. made while practicing the highest business standards.

We hope you are equally inspired by the colorful world we share! Enjoy!
